Our mission is to 1) Identify, 2) Offer, & 3) Manage compelling private placement offerings backed by commercial real estate assets.
Utilize our universe of existing relationships with innovative and growing sponsors, apply our propriety underwriting scoring system to efficiently identify assets that meet our and investors’ criteria.
Underwrite & Structure
Quality underwriting is paramount: Sponsor experience, investment structure, sources & uses, risk profile, market trends, investor yields, & transaction fees must all align.
Eastview constantly monitors real-time investor appetite to structure offerings with assets that align with ongoing and evolving investor demand (or simply “fund fast”).
Offering materials are designed to concisely convey salient data about each investment. Online technology facilitates drone videos, webinars, and diligence files to communicate nuances of each offering.
Capitalize on the shared knowledge and experience of the “crowd” by sharing frequently asked questions as part of each offering.
The Eastview Marketplace features comprehensive diligence materials with a secure, streamlined investment process designed with compliance in mind.
Maintain ongoing Sponsor & Borrower relationships, monitor relevant local market trends, conduct site inspections when necessary, & convey timely and informative updates to investors.
Initiated timely distributions, typically on a quarterly basis, via ACH to investors designated bank accounts. Distributions typically align with project updates.
Strategically Monitor asset performance, identify preventativeopportunities for any investment positions not meeting expectations / forecasts.
